Stage 1:
Under normal driving conditions, our valve-controlled performance muffler stays closed, as operation of exhaust valves is unchanged and the dÄHLer exhaust system is quite unassuming. But, when the valve-controlled system opens up the exhaust valves and our system gives your BMW M60i a deeper sound, but still be perfectly livable for daily driving.
The dÄHLer exhaust system for the BMW X5 and X6 M60i, fits models with and without OPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter System – EU) and are 100% compatible with all M60i models, regardless of the country version of the vehicle.
The dÄHLer BMW M60i exhaust system for X5 and X6 includes a high-flow, valve controlled, stainless-steel performance muffler.
Approved and tested by the German TUV exhaust system comes with a European Homologation according to the latest emission standards and is EPA compliant (USA all States).
Designed to mount using the factory BMW M60i X5, X6 hangers, the dÄHLer sport exhaust system is a bolt-on replacement for the OEM version. To help reduce the time you spend installing the system on your BMW M60i X5, X6 slip-fit joints are included to make fitment as easy as possible.
Stage 2:
For those who want to be fully in command at any time and level up the sound we recommend our Valve Control Module X with remote control.
The dÄHLer Valve Controller for the BMW M60i X5 and X6 was developed in Switzerland and is manufactured in Germany and is a must have if you like to control the sound of your car. Check the Package Deal in the select menu, ending with Stage 2
With the device installed you can manually open and close the standard built-in exhaust valves of your BMW M60i exhaust system at any time. It operates at the push of a button on the in delivery included remote control or can be programmed to your mirror buttons, so the system will be very well integrated EPA compliant (USA all States).
When the valves open up 100% our exhaust system gives your BMW M60i a louder deeper sound at all times, but still be perfectly livable for daily driving.

Stage 3:
Our stage 3 sound plus package is consisting of our sport exhaust system, our valve controller and a set of our sandblasted catless downpipes to replace the secondary catalytic converters.
Bolt on system for an easy installation and to go back to stock any time.
Experience a noticeable bump in performance (boosts about 15 HP), more burbles, and a menacing growl sound as you would expect a real V8 should sound like.
